The rockgarden lost its original care taker, Mr Miller, in the 1940's. When we acquired the property we found many of the rocks at the bottom of this cliff. We are happy to say, the stairs, walls and flowers are slowly coming back to life. Enjoy hearty Roses, Austrian Edelweiss, Fragrant ground cover and the colourful Blue Bells that even line the edges of Monument Road when in season!       

Take your time descending and ascending the natural stone steps! Good foot wear is recommended while you are exploring the property in general. Our shoreline is also natural limestone, so swimming shoes is also suggested!
